Naha's kitchen: pick fish or meat at a ground-floor stall and a restaurant upstairs cooks it (「持ち上げ」), or just order off a 2F menu — rafute pork, sea grapes, yushi-dofu soft tofu. No booking needed.搭單軌到牧志站（¥200）。那霸的廚房：在一樓攤位挑魚或肉，拿上二樓請餐廳代煮（「持ち上げ」），也可以直接在二樓點菜——滷三層肉（ラフテー）、海葡萄、ゆし豆腐（嫩豆腐）。不用訂位。

Leaves from 那覇バスターミナル Naha Bus Terminal, in the hotel building → 首里城前 Shurijo-mae · 32 min · ¥240. One seat, no stairs, stops a minute from the gate — much easier than the uphill walk from the monorail.從飯店同一棟的「那霸巴士總站」上車 → 「首里城前」站・32 分鐘・¥240。一路坐到底，不用爬樓梯，下車走一分鐘就到——比從單軌站爬坡輕鬆很多。
💴 Okinawa buses take cash only (or the local OKICA card) — Suica doesn't work on buses. Bring coins and ¥1,000 notes.💴 沖繩公車只收現金（或當地 OKICA 卡），Suica 在公車上不能用。請準備零錢和千元鈔。

Palace of the Ryukyu kings. The red Main Hall (正殿), rebuilt after the 2019 fire, reopens Nov 23, 2026. ¥1,000 each. Entering the Main Hall needs a timed ticket (~11:00). Allow about 2 hours.琉球國王的王城。2019 年大火燒毀的紅色「正殿」重建完成，2026 年 11 月 23 日重新開放。每人 ¥1,000。進正殿要預約時段（約 11:00）。整個參觀約 2 小時。
♿ Free wheelchairs — including electric ones for the hills — and canes at the 首里杜館 Suimui-kan visitor centre. There's a signed step-free route.♿ 入口的「首里杜館」可免費借輪椅（有電動的，上坡很輕鬆）和拐杖，園內也有無障礙參觀路線。
👟 Shoes come off inside the Main Hall — bring a plastic bag for them.👟 進正殿要脫鞋——請帶一個塑膠袋裝鞋子。
Don't miss the 東のアザナ east lookout — the whole city down to the sea.記得去「東のアザナ」瞭望台——可以看到整個那霸市和海。

Famous handmade Okinawa soba, clear broth, a short walk from the castle. Open 11:30–14:00 and often sells out — go straight from the castle. Closed Thursdays, which is why Shuri is on Friday.有名的手打沖繩麵，湯頭清爽，離首里城走一小段路。營業 11:30–14:00，常常提早賣完，看完城直接去。週四公休，所以首里排在週五。

Usually 17–22 °C, like a mild Taichung winter — but often cloudy and windy, with some drizzle. Too cool for the beach. Bring a light windproof jacket and a small umbrella each.通常 17–22°C，跟台中暖冬差不多——但常常是陰天、有風，偶爾毛毛雨，不適合下海。每人帶一件防風薄外套和一把小雨傘。

Japan is 1 hour ahead of Taiwan. It gets dark around 17:40.日本比台灣快 1 小時。傍晚約 17:40 天黑。
Getting around交通
The monorail (ゆいレール) is elevated with lifts at every station, ¥200–290 a ride, and takes Suica. Buses take cash only. Taxis are cheap for short hops — when in doubt, take a taxi.單軌電車（ゆいレール）每站都有電梯，每趟 ¥200–290，可以刷 Suica。公車只收現金。短程計程車很便宜——不確定走不走得動，就坐計程車。
Entering Japan入境日本
No visa needed. Each person fills in Visit Japan Web beforehand and shows their own QR code.免簽證。每個人要事先填 Visit Japan Web，入境時出示自己的 QR Code。
Coming back to Taiwan回台灣
Fill in the Taiwan Arrival Card online again (Dec 19–26, within 7 days before we land).回台灣前要再填一次線上入境卡（12 月 19 日–26 日之間填）。
